Things I Learned Today
I had my first day at my new job today and, like most first days at most new jobs, I learned some things.
And so, a list:
1. There are people out there who don’t know what the internet is or how it works.
2. There are people out there who speak English as a first language and yet they somehow don’t understand how to write it.
3. There are people out there who think that what they have to say, however incorrectly punctuated, is of the absolute and utmost importance.
4. And yet, in spite of all of these people, I STILL LOVE MY JOB.
