Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 24 years and / or have never met me and don’t even know why you are reading this blog, you should know that I love to eat. A lot.
And so, accordingly, my post this week is on fasting, and really, how I refuse to do it. But I also have questions, because I’m curious about the crazies out there who do fast. So, if you can possibly find the few minutes in your day to answer the questions, I’d appreciate it.
